Meddlin hails from the Northeast continent. He was something of a traveler, most recently hailing from the gnomish city of Lomnar. His primary motivation has been the aquisition of more arcane knowledge and power, and has been the primary reason for his travels. He joined up with the group after they encountered Drow seeking heartstone near Lomnar. Now he travels with them in the hopes of gaining more magical power. After all, they now count as enemies liches, drow, devils, the Pentacles of Power, and players of the Great Game.
